Full Stack Engineer

The role

LenderBox is a production platform that lenders run live deals through: document extraction, policy checks, credit memos, portfolio views, and the workflows that connect them. You build across that whole surface, from the React front end an underwriter sees to the Python services and LLM-backed pipelines behind it.

There are no feature graveyards here. What you build goes live, often the same week, for customers who use it on real loans the next morning.

What you will work on

• Product features across the stack: underwriting workflows, document views with page-level citations, credit memo generation, and the integrations bank deals wait on, like single sign-on and exports.
• The services and APIs that connect extraction output to the product experience, built to the reliability and security bar our SOC 2 obligations demand.
• Performance and polish: the product is used by professionals all day, and speed is a feature.
• Shipping with AI-native velocity: frontier AI tools are how this team codes, reviews, and tests every day.

Who this is for

• Solid experience shipping production web applications with React and Python, or close equivalents you can defend.
• Comfortable working across the stack without a platform team behind you, in a codebase where your change reaches customers quickly.
• You code with AI tools daily and can show us the workflow. Helpful but not required: fintech or document-heavy product experience.
